Mango Salsa

A light, refreshing, zesty salsa, from a can! Prepare to be shocked, because I shocked myself too. I hate capsicum with a passion, but I could not stop eating this salsa, even to get a good photo

Ingredients

350 grams canned mango slices (strained)
½ can diced tomatoes (strained)
50 grams picked onions (sliced)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 can diced capsicum (160g)

Instructions

Dice the mango slices and add to a bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and a pinch of salt, stir gently
Set aside for 10mins, to allow the flavours to develop. Drain the excess liquid once more before serving. That's all folks, enjoy!

Notes

You can adjust the ingredient ratios to suit your taste preferences, more mango, less onion, more tomato, whatever, go for it!
